Conduct comprehensive analyses of operational processes, including private court building and maintenance, to identify areas for improvement and increased efficiency across club functions. Develop strategic initiatives aimed at enhancing member engagement and satisfaction. Analyze financial data and prepare detailed reports to support budgeting, forecasting, and billing, including court resurfacing and maintenance projects. Develop and maintain key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure the effectiveness of marketing campaigns and operational strategies. Assist in the design and implementation of new technology solutions to streamline club operations, improve data management, and optimize maintenance schedules. Facilitate workshops and training sessions for staff to promote data-driven decision-making and the adoption of best practices. Create detailed business plans and feasibility studies for potential new programs and services, including proposals for court construction and renovation projects. Engage with stakeholders to gather requirements and provide insights into market trends and competitive analysis.
Salary - $102,000/year
Requirements: Master of Business Administration (MBA) required. 6 months of previous experience as a Business Operations Analyst or Club Manager at a tennis club is required.
